Digital Tour Host specializes in putting your best foot forward with high-definition photography and virtual tours, digital artistry, and multi-platform syndication to propel your marketing efforts. We provide an added-service value to your clients, defend list prices, and reduce sales cycles showcased with uniformed branding created for you.
Pricing is based on increments of square footage as found on public tax records. We do not charge by number of photographs nor by time spent on locations. This is just easier and offers better results.

Fully Finished Basement with multiple rooms requiring three or more shots for photographic coverage: $75 (Not all homes have basements and is not counted in taxable square footage, the basis for pricing.)
Lakefront or Landscaped Properties requiring Special Attention to features: $95
Both Basement and Additional Exterior Work Together: $135.00
Minimum Fees:
Photo Session for distances greater than 45 miles from Boonton (New Brunswick, NJ and further South), for Hudson County/Urban Cities, downtown Newark, NJ: $195 minimum for a single listing. (Waived for two or more.)
Photo Session out of state: Minimum $250.00
3500 sq ft: $437.50/$280 with photos
5000 sq ft: $625/$400 with photos
6500 sq ft: $812.50/$520 with photos less 10% = $730/$465
8000 sq ft: $1000/$640 with photos less 10% = $900/575

Virtual Staging: $65 per image with options of furniture style. Normally a three-pack of images showing the Living Room, Dining Room, and Master Bedroom Typically. (3 images = $195)
Twilight Photography: $225. This covers usually an hour or more on site and series of images are taken repeatedly as the sun sets to ensure the best results possible.
Walk-Thru Video: $150 for three minutes. A Nikon Z6 full-frame mirrorless camera is used on a gimbal to record a walk-thru, real-time experience and is uploaded to both Zillow AND into the picture slide show. Digital Tour Host is an approved Zillow photographer and can prioritize your rankings on Zillow with a video over listings without a video on your behalf.
